Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support: Provide real-time assistance to clients through live chat, addressing inquiries about account management, trading platform features, and market information.
- Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve client issues, complaints, and queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our Forex trading platform, products, services, and promotions for effective client assistance.
- Accurately document client interactions and transactions for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant departments to improve services.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies for compliant client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work with support team members and departments for efficient customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in Forex or financial services.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and trading platforms.
- Basic understanding of Forex trading and financial markets.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
