Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead at Kamayi. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build the outbound sales from scratch, implementing processes and strategies to drive growth
- Responsible for monthly target for outbound sales worth Rs 4 to 6 million
- Manage a team and oversee sales, partnerships, post-sale departments, foster collaboration, and drive performance
- Enhance team efficiency and effectiveness by developing comprehensive training programs and performance metrics.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, expanding Kamayi’s market reach and boosting brand recognition.
- Responsible for client satisfaction and retention rate
- Run sales campaigns that increase lead generation and conversion rates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry terminology, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding a team of business development professionals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
