Job Description

Description: This role involves handling payments for all supplier/vendor invoices: receiving, internal approvals, updating systems, and releasing payments. Based in Switzerland, not local Pakistani.
Timings: 12 noon to 8:30 pm
Job Location: Karachi
Tasks:
- Process incoming supplier invoices through a shared inbox
- Organize inbox for timely approvals
- Record invoices in the ERPeGECKO system
- Verify payment accuracy
- Understand accounting principles and VAT regulations
Requirements:
- Coding invoices and managing ERP documents
- Familiarity with reverse charge VAT and customs
- Knowledge of month-end timelines and posting periods
- Experience in importing VAT invoices
- Proficiency in English and German (min. B2 level)
