Job Description
Join RepairDesk as an Outbound Account Executive SMB Segment to contribute to enhancing Sales Team effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, technical comprehension, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly quotas
- Consult with customers to understand their unique needs
- Provide customized product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction
- Adhere to KPIs and CRM practices
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in SMB-level sales (SaaS familiarity is a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
