Role Overview:
HR Executive will be responsible for administering and optimizing the 360-employee feedback process within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen ability to analyze feedback data, provide actionable insights, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end employee feedback cycle, ensuring confidentiality and a positive experience for participants.
- Design and implement processes for effective feedback collection and analysis.
- Guide managers and staff on giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of feedback to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership.
- Develop actionable strategies based on feedback findings to drive organizational development.
- Gather feedback from departing employees and integrate insights into retention strategies.
