About Us: Deploy – Sparx Smartphone is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective management of our supply chain processes, supporting our rapid growth in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement supply chain strategies that meet business needs.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure timely and efficient product delivery by working closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Utilize supply chain tools and ERP systems to monitor inventory, procurement activities, and distribution.
- Prepare and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Support integrating new supply chain solutions and technologies to enhance operations.
- Align supply chain processes with the needs of the telecommunications and mobile phone industry.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, ideally within the telecommunications or mobile phone industry.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply chain management tools and ERP systems.
- Ability to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
