Qualification: MBA / BBA / BS or equivalent
Experience: minimum 3 – 6 years relevant experience

Description
The position is responsible for overseeing the shares department and ensuring compliance with PSX and CDC regulations. Moreover, the position is also required to ensure compliance of Companies Act and Code of Corporate Governance Regulation, 2017.
