Job Description
Position: Billing Officer
Company: HR Ways – Hiring Tech Talent
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ years
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client contracts
- Manage billing system for accurate invoicing
- Reconcile billing data with QuickBooks
- Generate and distribute invoices timely
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up for payment
- Collaborate with finance team on billing issues
- Develop billing procedures and policies
- Prepare billing documentation for audits
- Assist in monthly and quarterly billing summaries
- Liaise with clients on billing and contracts
- Stay updated on industry best practices
