Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (with a strong focus on recruitment)
Shift: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
- Maintain HR databases, implement HR policies, and ensure positive employee relations.
- Conduct training sessions for employee development.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.
Qualifications:
- HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies skills
- Experience in HR operations and functions
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
- Effective HR management abilities with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, HR certifications a plus
