Job Description

At Wadic, we’re looking for a recruiter with experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, tenacious, and willing to stay updated on technological developments. Responsibilities include recruiting senior-level IT specialists, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit senior-level IT specialists
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs
- Manage the candidate experience from contact to offer acceptance
- Provide guidance to hiring managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques
- Proven experience in recruiting technical positions
Timing:
Night Shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am
Salary Range:
50k – 65k
Location:
