Job Description
- Oversee the countrywide business of the brands.
- Develop business strategies and implement them to meet brand sales targets.
- Ensure growth of the company’s customer base while retaining the existing business.
- Negotiate agreements with principals to advance company interests.
- Assist in onboarding resources for the brand.
- Onboard new Network and Security brands.
- Meet revenue targets as per the brands and/or company’s goals.
- Target minimum 10% market share in the brand’s Pakistan market.
- Achieve annual growth in the customer base of at least 20%.
- Comply with the company’s rules and regulations.
- Manage sales and tech teams effectively.
- Operate within the laws of the country.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics.
- Cisco and Fortinet certified, with relevant industry-recognized certifications in network and security.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Age between 40 to 45 years.
