Job Description
Description
- The incumbent will be responsible for the processing of payments to contractors, suppliers, and departments.
- Ensure timely processing/verification of payments to vendors and construction contractors.
- Ensure accurate recording of expenses to their relevant heads/projects.
- Handle monthly closing entries and reports.
- Prepare reports and analysis.
- Respond to queries raised by departments/vendors efficiently.
- Coordinate with departments for payment-related matters.
- Must have the ability to work independently and resolve issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computers (MS Office and Internet).
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Preferred).
- Hands-on experience with disbursement will be an advantage.
- Effective time management skills.
Education
BBA/B.Com (or related qualification) with a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
