Job Description
MAIN DUTIES:
- Guiding students on university/college application procedures.
- Answering inquiries from potential student clients and making sales of education services.
- Advising potential students on education opportunities in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia).
- Conducting individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
- Evaluating students’ attributes and assisting them in realizing their objectives.
- Maintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visits or social media.
- Informing and selling all the education services to potential clients.
- Accepting the line manager’s task allocations and reporting sales figures monthly.
- Maintaining accurate and complete student records, completing evaluations, analyzing results, and providing purposeful feedback.
- Helping students select the right university or programs for their needs.
- Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students.
- Following all reasonable instructions and codes of conduct set by the Employer.
