Job Description:
- Daily monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production targets are met.
- Supervise production line staff, provide guidance, training, and support for efficient operations.
- Responsible for maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement improvements to increase yield and production efficiency.
- Utilize software for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
- Manage cost-saving measures and productivity improvements.
- Report to the Production Manager, providing updates on production status.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor production for quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in beverages industry.
