Job Description
This position will be responsible for overseeing the nationwide operations of the customer services function while reporting to the Head of Customer Support function.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in customer service, and a thorough understanding of consumer electronics products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the after-sales services team to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing service quality and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the management of customer complaints, warranty claims, and product returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve product issues and incorporate customer feedback.
- Monitor service metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all after-sales services adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage the after-sales services budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service quality.
- Conduct periodic visits to service centers nationwide to evaluate operational activities and identify areas for system improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/ Electrical).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in after-sales services within the consumer electronics industry, including at least 03 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics products, repair processes, and warranty management.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and service management software.
- Preferred age range: 35 to 40 years.
