Job Description
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Project Coordinator fluent in Chinese to join our team at Game District. Responsible for coordinating project activities, communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, scheduling meetings, task tracking, and leveraging cultural knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Coordinate activities, resources, and timelines
- Communication: Act as a liaison for clear communication
- Scheduling: Organize project meetings across time zones
- Task Tracking: Monitor progress and deadlines
- Cultural Sensitivity: Utilize Chinese language and culture knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination
- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Communication Skills: Excellent in both English and Chinese
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving: Basic skills with escalation ability
- Cultural Competence: Understanding of Chinese business culture
