Role Description
• Manage daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping
• Oversee ecommerce platform, including product uploads, order management, and payment processing
• Analyze sales data and optimize online sales strategies
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends and best practices
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations and management
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
