Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Manager OSP Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of Outside Plant (OSP) projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for OSP projects
- Manage and lead a team of OSP planners
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks related to OSP projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in OSP planning, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using OSP planning tools and software
