Note: This position is based at LINRCO’s back office in Wah Cantonment, Punjab, Pakistan. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate.
Job Summary: LINRCO Pakistan seeks an enthusiastic HR Executive with a keen interest in performance management. Responsibilities include developing a Performance Management System, aligning KPIs with goals, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Performance Management System
- Align individual KPIs with departmental goals
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare reports
- Maintain compliance and accurate records
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
