Job Description
Department: Quality Assurance
Grade: M3
Location: Karachi Plant

Principle Accountabilities:
- Lead QA for Packaging & Process Operations in benchmarking with best industry practices
- Lead Food, Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance portfolio for Plant & Operations.
- Ensure the Management System for Quality, Food, Health & Safety is kept updated & complied.
- Deliver Analytics leading to Operational Excellence through Reports & BI Dashboards Developments.
- Lead & Deliver Projects for QA/with Cross Functional Teams leading to Process Optimization, Digitization & Continuous Process Improvements in Plant Operations.
- Should have execution knowledge for Industrial engineering & Modern Quality concepts (Time & Motion Study, Six Sigma, SPC etc).
- Carry out Audits for Quality, Food, Health & Safety across Field, Plant & Operations.
- Develop & implement SOPs, Inspection Methods & Standards for areas under scope.
- Initiate/Participate for/in R&D activities for Quality Improvement, Innovation & Cost Savings.
- Ensure timely Corrective & Preventive Action for Packaging & Process related Inhouse & Customer Complaints.
- Ensure SAP QM module is timely updated as per Sampling/Inspection Plans, Inspection Characteristics, Defect catalogues & related.
- Participate in Supplier Quality Assessment under the scope of Food Safety.
- Exhibit Leadership in Training & capacity uplifting of Process Quality Team.
- Build a best-in-class Quality, Food, Health & Safety & Continuous Improvement culture.
Job Specifications Experience and Qualification:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- B. E / M. Eng (Any Discipline)
- International Certifications: Six Sigma, ISO (QMS & HSE), CMQE
