Role Description
The Assistant Manager Project Sales will be responsible for managing the sales of real estate projects, coordinating with clients, supervising sales teams, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project sales, real estate sales, or marketing
- Strong marketing and sales skills, sales management experience, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Experience in real estate/property sales, networking, customer relationship management, and project management
