Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Project Planning: Help develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Assist in identifying project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Support Project Execution: Aid in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring project tasks are completed on time. Help organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other related materials. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders as needed.
- Risk Management: Support the identification and assessment of project risks and issues. Help monitor and report on risk mitigation strategies.
- Communication: Liaise with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Assist in managing project-related correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing project materials. Help manage project-related documentation and records
