Job Description
Seeking a Talented Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support a dynamic religious scholar based in the USA. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for learning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar and schedule appointments.
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics.
- Draft emails, reports, and other written materials.
- Utilize ChatGPT to assist with writing tasks as needed.
- Make outbound calls and manage sales pipelines.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English with a near-native American accent.
- Proven sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a night shift (6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan Standard Time).
