Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the execution of call center processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of inbound and outbound sales calls, client record management, and reception support.
- Oversee the proper functioning of call center systems and technologies, ensuring they are up to date and operational.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the call center processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client records, implementing measures for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Leverage industry knowledge in Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Online Sales to optimize call center processes in alignment with organizational goals.
