Job Description
The job description is as follows:
- Cross-team collaboration.
- Engaging with external stakeholders.
- Routing customer complaints to the concerned teams.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
- Communication, customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills; extensive knowledge of the product being supported.
- Responsible for providing presales support during customer onboarding and lead generation.
- Responsible for managing the product’s daily operations.
- Conduct platform training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct impact analysis of CR, plan, and manage feature enhancements and improvements.
- Perform daily and monthly reporting and analysis to monitor product health.
- Evaluate and assess RFPs and tenders.
