Job Description
REX D (Subsidiary of SBT Japan) is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive to handle financial transactions efficiently.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable tasks accurately.
- Generate customer invoices, statements, and reminders.
- Reconcile accounts, post payments, and handle tax matters.
- Prepare and share reports on account status.
- Assist with financial statements and reporting.
- Develop AR & AP policies.
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on regulations and best practices.
- Review incoming invoices and ensure compliance.
- Assist in vendor management and audits.
