Job Description
Develop and implement quality control & assurance procedures for production process consistency and compliance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues.
Collaborate with teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for food safety risks.
Establish quality standards for raw and packaging materials.
Maintain records of quality control activities and submit reports to management.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date for traceability and compliance.
Provide training to staff on quality control, food safety, and compliance.
