Job Summary
The Customer Success Manager will guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring successful integration and use of our software. You will be the bridge between sales and support, conducting product demos, managing onboarding checklists, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead seamless onboarding for new customers
- Engage with customers from initial inquiry to providing demos
- Conduct training sessions for software proficiency
- Address customer issues during onboarding and collaborate with teams
- Gather and convey customer feedback to the product team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce
