- Responsible for efficient operation of hotel property, equipment, maintenance services, and asset protection.
- Oversee structural aspects, grounds maintenance, and cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in senior engineering or 2-3 years in similar role.
- Experience in the hotel industry and trade qualifications advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety, team leadership, and maintenance management.
