Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at The Westral in Lahore. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production schedules, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
