IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for preparation of corporate customer invoices as per their contract/ SLA and ensure timely booking of collection.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- Analysis of initial Bill Register of corporate customers for rectifications and avoid un-due billing.
- Timely Revenue booking of corporate customers on a monthly/Quarterly basis.
- Ensure timely preparation of Adjustment data for approval (SLA penalty, WHT, Wrong Billing, Surcharges etc).
- Ensure Printing of invoices & Bill Delivery to the customers.
- Posting of Collection, Adjustment and Other Charges in the system.
- Preparation of various reports as required by zonal/HQs Management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:
- Professional Degrees (CA, ACCA,ICMA) from a recognized institute.
- Degree from HEC recognized university (MBA-Finance).
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Receivable Management and Taxation.
