Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to monitor and maintain the health of our customers’ Cloud Environments. Responsible for ensuring application availability and performance, working closely with SRE, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor application performance using Azure Monitor.
- Respond to incidents and apply root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployment.
- Maintain comprehensive cloud infrastructure documentation.
- Generate reports on system performance and incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Availability:
- Willingness for on-call rotation and flexible hours.
Skillset:
- Proficiency in Azure.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Working Conditions:
