Job Description
As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. Your main role will be to support project managers in analyzing project requirements, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing project data, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, including key metrics and milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files.
- Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
