Job Description

Job Summary: Minerva Research Solutions seeks a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a US-based client. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project execution. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and excellent communicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for the client, manage emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, assist in report preparation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, handle travel arrangements, manage expenses
  • Provide administrative support, address ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality
