We are hiring Male & Female Customer Support Representatives to join our team at HDH Telecommunications. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting medical insurance providers to verify patient eligibility.
• Assisting patients by scheduling appointments with doctors.
• Following up with doctors for document submission and chasing required paperwork.
• Acting on behalf of patients to ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with medical insurance companies to verify and process patient eligibility.
• Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers.
• Manage follow-ups with doctors for necessary documents and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with insurance providers and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in healthcare or insurance, is a plus.
