Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Leasing for a premier real estate project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional tenant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Acquisition: Attract and secure prospective tenants.
- Leasing Strategy: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Property Tours: Conduct tours for potential tenants.
- Client Relations: Build strong tenant relationships.
- Lease Negotiation: Lead negotiations and ensure compliance.
