Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant with strong technical knowledge and expertise in networking to join SMIT Hyd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations, troubleshooting issues, and managing configurations across different protocols and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models, TCP, and UDP protocols.
- Configure and troubleshoot network topologies like Star, Mesh, and Hybrid setups.
- Expert in IPv4/IPv6 addressing, including unicast, multicast, and broadcast types.
- Manage VLAN, Inter-VLAN Routing, and features like BPDU Guard.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols like RIPV1, RIPV2, OSPF, and OSPF multi-area.
Qualifications:
- CCNA Certification is a must.
- Experience in network configurations and troubleshooting, including optical fiber networks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
