Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Account Manager for our operations in Canada.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and developing strategies to meet their objectives effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize client performance.
