Role Description: Be the primary contact for customers, providing excellent communication and issue resolution. Assist members with vacation needs year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team for service goals
- Ensure accurate information delivery
- Handle inquiries and complaints with empathy
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Support or Service
