Job Description
A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business problems and providing strategic solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, technology, and market trends. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, IT, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document current business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Create detailed business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a senior role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
