Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and negotiating proposals, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The Business Development Manager will be located in Islamabad and given flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Business acumen and financial literacy
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or similar industry
- Familiarity with online platforms, digital advertising, and social media
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Urdu
