Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely payments processing.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date.
- Contribute to financial audits.
- Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
- Process invoices.
- Support Accounts Manager with projects.
- Handle daily transactions from other departments.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts.
- MBA in relevant field (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Client-focused solution delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Time and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook.
- Experience in Xero preferred.
