Role Description
Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is looking for a full-time Associate – Contract Management for an on-site position in Karachi. As an Associate – Contract Management, your primary responsibilities will include administering, reviewing, analyzing, and drafting contracts between Fulcrum and its clients. Additionally, you will provide consultation and support to various departments within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, management, or a similar role.
- Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal staff.
- Working knowledge of legal terms and conditions, contract negotiation, preparation, and administration of contracts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
