Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management and a solid understanding of technical projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software development or IT projects.
- PMP or other relevant certifications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
Salary: 100,00 – 150,00 pkr
