Job Description
Recruiting exclusively for our team in Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily receipts from customers in the accounting system
- Ensure all receipts are properly documented and allocated to the correct customer accounts
Daily Recording of Payments
- Record daily payments made to suppliers in the accounting system
- Verify payment details and ensure timely and accurate recording
Bank Reconciliation
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements with internal records
Aging Reports
- Prepare and maintain aging reports for accounts receivable and payable
- Provide aging reports to management and highlight overdue accounts
Payment Reconciliation
- Match payments with invoice values and resolve discrepancies
Monthly Closing Support
- Assist in the monthly closing process with accurate recording of financial transactions
What we are looking for in you:
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent degree)
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in reputable organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced expertise with spreadsheets including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Strong interpersonal and cooperative working skills
