Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Provide high-quality support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
Contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggesting improvements based on customer interactions.
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and support.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, resolution times, and service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Prior experience in a customer service and account management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in basic office applications.
A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
