Job Description

We are currently hiring for Customer Support Specialists with excellent communication skills for our company, Abacus. This is an onsite job with flexible based timings including rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage international customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • The candidate must be intermediate / fresh with up to 6 months of experience
  • The applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in international customer support / call center is a plus

Education: Intermediate or above

Salary: Up to 60,00
