Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Lahore involves customer service, communication, sales, invoicing, and enhancing customer experience within the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales and Invoicing experience
- Strong focus on Customer Experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
