Job Description

Financial Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including accounting systems, operational reports, and market trends.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted or forecasted results.
  • Perform profitability analysis to evaluate the financial performance of different products, services, or business units.

Reporting:

  • Design and implement standardized reporting processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present financial information clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reports.

Account Reconciliations:

  • Perform regular reconciliations of various accounts including bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document reconciliation procedures and maintain supporting documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, and account reconciliations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow.
