Job Description
We are looking for a Fresh CA / ACMA or Business Graduate with 07 years of experience or LLB with at least 05 years of relevant experience in the Corporate Sector and 02 years of bar enrolment. Candidates with LLM background will be given preference.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for managing corporate accounts, ensuring sustained growth and profitability through effective relationships with corporate clients.
- Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with corporate clients.
- Finalize contracts and maintain them in safe custody, updating records regularly.
- Handle legal matters related to corporate accounts, including dispute resolution and litigation management, in collaboration with legal teams to protect the company’s legal interests.
- Analyze data on corporate client consumptions and requirements.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and present regular reports on corporate accounts performance, contract management, and litigation matters.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
